Courier companies may have limited or no regular delivery service on weekends and public holidays.

How It Works

1. Use the product properly.
Follow the recommended usage instructions.

2. Use enough of the product.
The product should be used consistently and fairly according to the instructions.

3. Keep the empty bottle/container.
Do not throw it away after finishing the product.

6. Return the empty bottle/container when requested by our team.

7. Claim review.
After receiving and reviewing the returned container, we will determine whether the claim meets our guarantee conditions.

8. Eligible refund.
If your claim is approved, the eligible product payment will be refunded according to our refund procedure.

Important Conditions

The guarantee applies only when the product has been:

Used properly
Used consistently
Used according to the provided instructions
Used for a reasonable period
Returned with the required empty bottle/container when requested

For example, when using hair oil, it should be applied properly to the hair roots/scalp as instructed, rather than only being applied to the hair length.

The Guarantee Does Not Apply If:

The product was not used according to instructions.
The customer did not use enough of the product.
The product was intentionally damaged or contaminated.
The required empty bottle/container is not available.
False or misleading information is provided.
The product was mixed with other products in a way that affects its use.
The product was used for a purpose other than its intended cosmetic use.
