1. About Our Products

Dr. Mashaal Cosmetics offers cosmetic and personal-care products designed for hair and scalp care.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Product benefits may vary between individuals.

2. Full Payment

All orders require 100% full payment before dispatch.

We do not currently offer a 50% advance-payment option.

3. Manual Easypaisa Payment

Customers can pay through our manual Easypaisa payment method.

After payment, customers must send:

4. Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, our team may contact you to confirm:

  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Order details
  • Payment

Providing incorrect information may cause delivery delays.

5. Free Delivery

We provide FREE DELIVERY across Pakistan through our delivery/courier service.

6. Delivery Time

Normal delivery takes approximately 3–4 business days.

Some orders may take up to 5 business days or longer because of:

  • Courier delays
  • Weekends
  • Public holidays
  • Weather
  • Remote-area delivery
  • Incorrect address
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Other circumstances outside our control

7. Product Usage

Customers should carefully follow the usage instructions provided with each product.

Using the product incorrectly may affect the expected experience.

8. Product Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible products may qualify for our Product Satisfaction / Result Guarantee.

Customers must follow the required usage instructions and keep the empty product bottle/container.

9. Empty Bottle Requirement

If a customer wishes to claim under the Result Guarantee, the empty bottle/container may be required for verification.

Customers should therefore not throw away the empty bottle after finishing the product.

10. Refund Approval

All guarantee-related refunds are subject to review.

A refund is not automatically approved simply because a customer requests one.

The customer must meet the conditions of the Result Guarantee.

11. Allergies & Sensitivity

Customers should review the product ingredients before use.

If you know that you are sensitive or allergic to any ingredient, avoid using the product without appropriate professional advice.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct delivery address
  • Providing an active phone/WhatsApp number
  • Making the correct payment amount
  • Sending valid payment confirmation
  • Following product usage instructions
  • Keeping the product container when required for a guarantee claim

13. Intellectual Property

The Dr. Mashaal Cosmetics name, logo, product images, website content, designs, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

14. Policy Changes

Dr. Mashaal Cosmetics may update these Terms & Conditions, product information, delivery policies, or other website policies when necessary.

The latest version published on the website will apply to future orders.
